If you just pulled out your winter clothes and were reminded that most everything is in need of replacement–your fleece is pilly and worn, your sweaters are stretched this way and that, your jacket looks like something out of Oliver Twist—you’re in luck.

Backcountry, king of all things outdoors, is having a massive sale on cold-weather apparel. Ahead of Black Friday, the retailer has discounted a number of top-rated jackets, sweaters and coats from The North Face, Columbia and other popular brands.

We feature eight of our favorites below, but the entire inventory of sale merch is worth a serious look — especially as the holidays approach. Scoop up your picks fast. These deals will disappear.

Black quarter-zip

A fitted fleece to rival all fleeces, with a beautiful cut, a zip-neck, thumbholes to keep sleeves in place, and a drop-tail hem for extra coverage. All colors are on sale (black, gray, wine, teal) in select sizes ranging from XS to 2XL. Save $21! (Photo: Backcountry)

Take it from this reviewer: “I use this for both casual wear and running in the winter. I love the color. It fits me well; it has long sleeves, is just long enough in the torso, not especially tight or loose, and the cut of the neck is comfortable and looks great. The fabric is very soft. I’ve been machine washing and drying it (am I supposed to be doing that?) and that seems to be just fine. Would recommend.”

White jacket

Tailored but not tight, this lightweight warm jacket lets you move while keeping you toasty. The reflective liner keeps heat in, so you can enjoy the outdoors even longer. And look at that price! (Photo: Backcountry)

Maroon parka

If you like a little more coverage, this slim parka is for you. Omni heat reflectors, a comfortable hood and wrist gaiters with thumbholes make it a dream come true. (Photo: Backcountry)

Take it from this reviewer: “I ordered this jacket along with 2 others to determine which one was the perfect combination of warm and lightweight. I chose to keep this one even though it is more expensive because it the technology to hold in heat really works. In addition, this jacket has some additional nice touches such as a light fur in the hood and pocket linings. The fur does add a little weight compared to other lightweight jackets, but it’s still not heavy and also still easily fits into a bag. I’m so glad I found this coat!:
